Return Procedure

For any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, including the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. To start a return request, please email us at support@susanandkate.co.uk. We will guide you through the process. Please pack the items carefully and ship them using a reliable carrier. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, but rest assured, no restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds

Once your return has been processed, you will be automatically refunded the full purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order. If it takes longer than expected, please contact us and we will look into the matter.

Exchanges

Not completely satisfied with an item and want to exchange it? No problem.
Please contact us at support@susanandkate.co.uk, specifying the items you wish to exchange and the reason. We will do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email us at support@susanandkate.co.uk as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received an incorrect or damaged order, please take photos and send them to support@susanandkate.co.uk, including your order number.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
